By default, refunds are credited to your zentrada customer account and automatically applied to your next order. You can payout credits at any time or change the default setting to automatically payout each credit to the provided bank account.

Please report the problem before the confirmation period expires by creating a Trouble-Ticket in your TradeSafe transaction overview. You need to answer all questions in step 2 and 3 in order to open the ticket.The payout of the transaction amount is stopped until the problem has been solved. TradeSafe will take care of the problem and your zentrada account manager will contact you as soon as possible.

Please always report problems through the system, messages by email, telephone or chat cannot stop the payout process!

The delivery confirmation and payout to the supplier will automatically be made 10 working days after the shipping notice, unless there is a problem reported. zentrada will ask you before this deadline by email if you have received and checked the delivery. In the case of the proper delivery, zentrada asks you to confirm this with the link, or alternatively report a problem to prevent the automatic delivery confirmation.

Please check and confirm the delivery immediately after receiving and fill out our short online questionnaire. This will help us to evaluate and improve the performance of our services and suppliers. In the case of a satisfactory delivery, you enable the payout to the supplier with your confirmation.

After ordering, all kinds of country-specific payment methods on TradeSafe Checkout are available. These are usually bank transfer (free), credit cards or other online payment methods that are partly linked to a processing fee.

Please make sure that your payments will be made as quickly as possible and only to zentrada (with bank transfer stating the transaction ID) to ensure a fast delivery and maximum possible security.

Within the deadlines you will be reminded of payments by TradeSafe. Please log in on TradeSafe. In the section "Outstanding Payments" you will find your pending transactions and possible payment methods.

The payment receipt will be confirmed to you via email by TradeSafe.

How do I order a quotation?

As soon as the offer is available, you will be informed by email from TradeSafe checkout. In the email you will find a link that takes you to the login on the TradeSafe page and then directly to the offer.
The offer of the supplier is binding, but basically timely limited. So please, after receiving the offer, check as soon as possible all details related to the desired quantity, delivery time, shipping costs and - if applies- VAT treatment for foreign orders.

For further questions, please use the chat function in the transaction to contact the supplier. The supplier can further customize the offer according to your wishes, for example granting a discount. Once the offer meets your requirements, please confirm it within the period prescribed by the Terms and Conditions of zentrada, and press the blue order button at the bottom of the offer. Even if the products will be sipped by the supplier directly, the seller and contract partner will be zentrada.

You will automatically receive an order documentation as a PDF file via email and get the link to the online payment page of zentrada. Only after your payment was entered by zentrada, the supplier receives the order to deliver the products.

Therewith the supplier can make you a binding offer with the delivery time, availability, shipping costs and VAT treatment, please switch from the shopping cart in the shop or salesroom, or from the shopping cart overview page, to the request page on TradeSafe Checkout. Please check here again your billing and delivery address and enter in case of international transactions your VAT number if available for VAT exemption. You also have the possibility to enter questions, terms and conditions requests or a desired delivery date in the transaction chat before you send the request to the supplier.

Once you have submitted the request, the supplier will make you a corresponding offer as soon as possible. Once he did this, you will be automatically notified via email by TradeSafe. In all transaction you're zentrada account manager will be happy to asisst for questions and problems.

There are multiple ways for reordering products previously purchased. Products for reorder can be selected in

  • TradeSafe Shopping Cart - Each cart has a list "previously ordered", which includes all products previously ordered at this supplier. You can add them to the current request by activating the check box
  • TradeSafe Reorder List - This section is structured like the shopping cart overview, but only includes all previously requested or purchased and still available products in the cart for ordering.
  • Shop Re-order List - Each supplier shop has this page to show you all previously purchased items that are still available. They can be added to the current cart with the "add to cart" button.

How do I send a request?

Navigate to your carts overview page and find the cart you would like to request an offer for.

  • If your cart has reached the minimum order value you will find a green button saying "Create Request".
  • If your cart has NOT reached the minimum order value you can either adjust the quantity of the items in the cart or add more products from the same supplier.

Clicking "Create Request" takes you to the page where you confirm your delivery details and can write a note for the supplier. When everything is in order you can click "Send Request". When sent you will receive a personalised offer including shipping costs and details shortly. Your request can now be found under "Transactions".

Hint: Sending quotation requests is free & non-binding.

TradeSafe Checkout doesn't only support the order management, but also the resolution of all kinds of problems that often appear in international wholesale sourcing. You can open two types of problem tickets in TradeSafe.

  • Trouble-Ticket - is used for open (ongoing) transactions
  • Service-Ticket - is used for warranties and archived transactions

Report a problem directly in the transaction or navigate to "Trouble-Tickets" > click "Create Trouble-Ticket" > choose the transaction you have issues with.

To request a sample, please increase the packaging units to reach the minimum order value and explain in the chat that you would like a sample beforehand. The supplier will either send you the sample directly or decrease the offer to one PU for you to order and pay the sample.

All products offered on zentrada are already produced and ready for reselling. The suppliers are often not able to add a private label or change details on these products at this stage, but if you have time and need a quantity in the thousands they are often happy to produce those for you. Most businesses test the market with a standard product first - often adding their own brand and EAN - to evaluate the demand and learn more about the product before placing a private label order.

No, zentrada does not support dropshipping. Most suppliers listed on zentrada are manufacturers and importers, which cannot process orders of single products in the timeframe expected by consumers.

If you are looking to keep your initial investment and product risk low, Mix-Order could be the perfect solution for you. Mix-Order allows you to order products from different suppliers in one order freeing you from multiple mininum order values and accounting processes. You can test different products on a small scale and reorder what really sold! Only with your own stock you can guarantee availability, delivery time and low costs.

Are there risks in sourcing licensed products?

Manufacturers of licensed products need a license from the licensor, e.g. Disney, in order to produce the goods. These agreements are usually granted for a specific region and sometimes limit the distribution channels. As buyer you can assume that the manufacturers and wholesalers have the license to sell the goods; The suppliers on zentrada have to note restrictions already in the quotation. The processing with TradeSafe protects and supports you with questions and problems especially in international sourcing.

If you purchase licensed products directly from Chinese manufacturers and bring them to the European market then you are the importer and need to get a licensing agreement from the licensor.

zentrada only allows suppliers with stock in Europe.
