What does the status mean?

Definitions & Actions for different order statuses.

• Request Sent - The supplier has received your request and is preparing an offer.
• Quotation Received - You have received a full offer including shipping costs and delivery time. Choose "Order" to proceed to payment.
• Pending Payment - You have ordered the products but need to pay the order before the shipment is released. Choose "Pay online" or send the order value per bank transfer.
• Waiting for shippment - We have received your payment and notified the supplier to release the goods.
• Shipment Released - The supplier has released the goods. Please inspect the goods upon arrival and choose "Shipment Confirmed".

• Archive - You did not respond within the set time period. Ask us for an extension or send a new request.
