How do I report a problem with an order?

TradeSafe doesn't only support the order management, but also the resolution of all kinds of problems that often appear in international wholesale sourcing. You can open two types of problem tickets in TradeSafe.

  • Trouble-Ticket - is used for open (ongoing) transactions
  • Service-Ticket - is used for warranties and archived transactions

Report a problem directly in the transaction or navigate to "Trouble-Tickets" > click "Create Trouble-Ticket" > choose the transaction you have issues with.
