How do I get my refund paid out?

By default, refunds are credited to your TradeSafe account and automatically applied to your next order. You can payout credits at any time or change the default setting to automatically payout each credit to the provided bank account.

To access your credits, please navigate to "Account Credit" on the top right dropdown menu. Choose Pay Out. The money will be transferred to the bank account specified under your account settings.
